Materials Procurement
Our Materials Department takes charge of all material and equipment needs through direct supply or via trusted vendors. This department ensures timely procurement, material control, inventory management, and adherence to QA/QC standards, ensuring smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
YESA is committed to meeting the strictest quality standards, conforming to ISO 9000-9002 guidelines. From project conception to completion, all work undergoes rigorous review and supervision. Our skilled craftsmen and seasoned supervisors ensure that construction and fabrication are executed to perfection, with QA/QC managers monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
